Dr. Viktoriya Lambert FNP, PhD

Medical Director, HRT Specialist, Cosmetic Injector

Meet Viktoriya, she is a  Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in women’s health and Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy.. She holds advanced degrees from Oklahoma City University and Athabasca University.  She has 15 + years of clinical experience in multiple healthcare settings. Her teaching background includes courses at two universities in Tulsa, OK. She has served in diverse healthcare environments and continues to contribute to her field through education and practice.

As a PhD-prepared clinician, Viktoriya combines academic excellence with comprehensive clinical skills. Her practice spans a wide array of specialties, including cardiology, pediatrics, and obstetrics. Viktoriya is a Primary Care Provider at Varsity Medical & Wellness (Next door to Vitality Skin Bar). 

Viktoriya’s newest role with vitality Skin Bar is Cosmetic enhancements using neuromodulators such as Botox Cosmetic and Juvederm dermal fillers.

Viktoriya’s favourite treatments include Hormone Therapy and Fraxel Laser.

Heather, a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in primary care, oncology, surgery, corrections, harm-reduction, and emergency medicine. She is dedicated to improving the health, self-care, and vitality of her clients. With a well-rounded foundation in nursing, she now focuses her expertise on cosmetic injections. Specializing in Botox (Neuromodulators), Juvederm (dermal fillers), therapeutic Botox, and MiraDry. Heather’s professionalism and dedication ensure every client receives natural, skillfully crafted enhancements.

Heather’s passions include caring for animals and yoga.

Meet Esther, Vitality Skin Bar’s Client Coordinator and trusted skin care advisor. She’s been a medical office assistant and transcriptionist since 1996, bringing her expertise to clinics in general practice, ENT, and mental health. She’s also a proud mom of 3.
