Our priority at Vitality Skin Bar is always our clients, experience, expectations & discretion. In pursuit of this, we have created our Customer Policies to provide an esthetic, personal and professional environment for our clients and staff.
Appointment Scheduling
Your appointments are very important to us, as they reserve valuable time and space within our clinic for both our clients and staff.
While consultations are always complimentary, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time to another client in need of care.If you miss an appointment without notice (“no-show”), we will require a credit card on file to book future services. Any additional no-show appointments will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file before continuing treatments at our clinic.
This fee helps compensate the staff members who have been scheduled specifically for your appointment.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Appointment Arrival Time
We appreciate if you could arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork. We do try to keep our few forms as short and simple as possible.
If you are running late please simply contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Late for Appointment
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled for another time.
Payment Types
We accept all major credit cards, cash and of course our Vitality Skin Bar Gift Cards!!
We do not accept cheques.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
With respect to each individuals experience & personal space in our aesthetic clinic.
Use of Cell Phones
Taking photos inside the clinics common areas is prohibited! We request that you silence your phone while in the clinic. You may step into the main hall of the building to talk on the phone.
Children in the treatment rooms (Children under 8)
We request that you make arrangements for childcare during your appointment. If your children must accompany you, please let us know in advance.
* Many services we preform have equipment and instruments that pose a risk to children.
We especially want to respect all our clients experience and personal space during their time with us.
Gratuities
Tips are not necessary for any of our clinicians.
Returns and Refunds
While we do not offer refunds for treatments or pre-paid treatment packages, we will always do are best to make sure you’re satisfied with your experience and with your results. Please bring any issues to our attention so we may rectify them. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any product.
* If a product is defective, in most cases we are able to have the distributer exchange the product. We will deal with these extenuating circumstances on a “one on one basis”.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, however we strive to limit this occurrence as much as possible. Your appointments are very important to us, as is your trust and confidence in us.
