ECLIPSE PRP®
PLATELET RICH PLASMA FOR SKIN REJUVENATION
“Vampire Facial”
PRP TREATMENT PROCESS
Platelet-Rich Plasma is prepared by taking a small sample of your blood. Our clinic uses the Eclipse PRP® system to prepare your therapeutic plasma. Once the PRP has been processed our clinician will utilize the PRP in the treatment area using one of the following methods below.
PRP “VAMPIRE” FACIAL
Platelet Rich Plasma is used in conjunction with ECLIPSE MICROPEN ELITE® (micro needling). This therapeutic treatment is aimed to stimulate the body’s own collagen production.
The micro-channels created by our micro-needling pen provide direct pathways to the deeper layers of your skin for optimal healing & tissue regeneration. The PRP is then topically massaged onto the skin to increase the absorption of the nutrients & growth factors; resulting in the appearance of firmer, smoother skin.
Micro-needling with PRP is an ideal treatment for:
- Dull complexion
- Fine lines & moderate wrinkles
- Thicken the dermis and epidermis for a healthier skin barrier
- Increased Collagen (CIT)
ECLIPSE MICROPEN ELITE® Protocol
3 – 6 treatments at 6- 8 weeks intervals
Depth of ECLIPSE MICROPEN ELITE® adjusted from 0.25 mm to 2.7mm
PRP MESOTHERAPY FACIAL
Platelet-Rich Plasma is an effective treatment for both men and women. Once prepared the (PRP) is injected into the skin in small boluses by our Cosmetic Specialist. The treatment promotes natural tissue regeneration and increases collagen production, improving the quality of the skin, smoothing fine line and wrinkles, and helping to restore your skins Vitality!!

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a concentrated preparation of platelets and the associated growth factors in a small volume of plasma. Platelets are a natural source of a number of growth factors in their natural and biologically-determined ratios.
What do Platelets do?
Platelets release growth factors which regulate the healing cascade by signaling to surrounding cells to repair damaged tissue and regenerate new tissue. Key growth factors involved in this process include but are not limited to:
- Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF)
- Transforming Growth Factor group (TGF)
- Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)
- Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)
- Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF)
- Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF)
How long does the process take?
The blood draw takes just a couple of minutes, followed immediately by a 10-minute centrifugation. The time involved in the application varies based on which procedure is being performed.
How many PRP sessions are required?
Your clinician will consult with you and create an individualized treatment plan based your skins specific needs.
Is PRP procedure be painful?
Eclipse PRP® is close to a physiologic pH, which means the product is less likely to cause a stinging or a burning sensation once injected. There may be some temporary discomfort or possible redness and inflammation at the application site, but quickly resolves.
*Topical numbing creams are used to make PRP therapy more comfortable.
Is PRP safe?
Since the autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is produced from your own blood, there is virtually no risk of an allergic reaction or rejection.
